Ca y’est, la boucle est bouclée… Nous sommes de retour à la maison!!!
Revenons un instant sur nos derniers jours en Alaska. Nous avons eu du mal à avaler notre échec de location de voiture. Tristes de voir nos derniers plans s’écrouler, marre de porter sans cesse notre maison sur le dos et pour couronner le tout, la météo annonce une semaine catastrophique, ne concordant pas vraiment avec notre vie de vagabond.
Nous décidons donc de nous renseigner pour avancer notre départ. Nous nous apercevons que la modification nous coûte bien moins cher que de nous rendre à Fairbanks, payer nos différentes nuits de camping ainsi que nos différents frais quotidiens. Après maintes réflexions, nous décidons de rentrer le 04 Septembre d'Anchorage. Nous passons nos dernières journées sous la pluie… laissant rapidement s’installer le rude hiver alaskan! Le mardi 04, après s’être enregistrés, nous montons dans l’engin. Alors que nous nous apprêtons à décoller, le commandant nous annonce que l’ordinateur de bord ne fonctionne pas et que l’équipe va devoir détecter la panne. Nous n’avons annoncé notre retour qu’à Seb et Véro et à cet instant on se dit : « Zut ! Et s’il nous arrivait quelque chose… ».
Après deux heures d’immobilisation, nous nous élançons dans les airs, pas franchement rassurés, il faut bien l’avouer… Nous avons finalement passé un vol sans aucun problème, sommes arrivés juste à temps à Francfort pour sauter dans notre correspondance et avons atterri à Genève en douceur. A peine arrivés dans un environnement familial que nous avions le sentiment de ne jamais avoir quitté la maison. Nous avons joué aux clandestins à Brion pendant 2 jours, attendant le vendredi soir pour presque tous vous retrouver :-) :-) :-)
